Refund policy

Return Policy:

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
   - All returns/exchanges require Authorization. Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

*Please Note: 
Ensure items are returned in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Protect the packaging from damage during shipping.
If your request is accepted: You will receive an email with return shipping instructions. Merchandise must be returned 100% complete, in the original packaging, with all manuals and other accessories.

Item(s) need to be returned in original packaging that is in re-saleable condition. Please take steps to protect the original packaging from damage by wrapping it, or placing it inside of a shipping box.

Acceptance Criteria:

   - All returned products must meet acceptance criteria before issuing a credit or replacement.
   - If a returned product does not meet the criteria, we'll try to contact you for return or disposal. Unreachable customers may lead to disposal after 30 days.

**Criteria for Acceptance:**

   All Merchandise:
      - Must have a valid RMA.

   Non-Defective Merchandise:
      - Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
      - Must be returned at the customer’s expense.
       - Must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
      - Refund/exchange within 30 days, store credit within 90 days.
   - Returns for unopened, non-defective merchandise after 3 months are at Imperial Data's discretion.

   Defective Merchandise:
      - Pre-paid shipping label provided for returns.
      - Refund, store credit, or replacement after investigation.
      - No refunds beyond 30 days (store credit or replacement only).
     - Replacement shipped after inspection. Urgent replacements are available for purchase.
   OEM Products:
      - No returns for opened OEM products, regardless of usage.
     - Special-order items or opened OEM products not eligible for refund/replacement.
     - Defective OEM products follow manufacturer warranty; contact the manufacturer directly.
     - 30% restocking fee for all OEM product returns.
   Imaging Drums:
     - No returns if the imaging drum is installed and used.
     - No returns after 6 months from the purchase date.
     - No returns for opened OEM imaging drums.

Important Notes:
   - Opened OEM (manufacturer original) products do not qualify for return or exchange.
   - OEM product returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
   - The OEM warranty does not cover damage during installation.
